Regular Training Sessions
Saturday Swims
Join us at Takapuna Beach on a Saturday morning at 6:45am. You will need a club cap and to have pre registered on our swim page once per season. There is a short safety briefing at 6:55am and the swim starts at 7am.
Wednesday Swim/Run/Walk
Meet at St Heliers Beach near the playground on a Wednesday night. The swim starts at 6:30pm, walkers start with the Pigeon run at 6:45pm and runners start at 7pm.
Sunday Rides
Join us most Sundays for a beginners ride. This is suitable for all levels. We have varying times and locations mostly staying on quiet roads and cycleways. If you are a current member we have bikes available to borrow in the gear library.
Online Bike sessions
Ride on any platform with any workout as we catch up on a Zoom call. Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7am. Take the opportunity to chat with our club coach and get help with your riding.
Monthly Hikes
Join us once a month on a Sunday to explore different locations with our group leader. Varying times and locations. You will need to carry water, a phone and one of our emergency contact cards.
Brick sessions
Do you have a race coming up? Do you need help with swimming, transitions or gear? We have brick sessions usually on a Sunday just before some of the bigger races to help you prepare. These are usually a 20 minute swim, an hours ride followed by a short run.
